Please read this document carefully before using the rf3 platform. By registering or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the rf3 platform via https://rf3.bio or any associated application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the rf3 platform. Continued use following any amendments to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
The rf3 platform is an online entertainment service intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and above located in Malaysia. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of this platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
2. Account Creation & Security
To access rf3's full range of services, you must register and create a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, current, and complete. rf3 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to contain false or misleading information.
One account per user
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the rf3 platform. Multiple account ownership is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of all accumulated balances and bonuses.
Account security responsibility
You are solely responsible for the security of your password and account login credentials. rf3 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. Contact rf3 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As an rf3 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and not for any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Prohibited activities
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to manipulate, cheat, or exploit any bugs, system vulnerabilities, or technical errors on the platform.
- Engaging in any activity that compromises the integrity of a match, game, or platform system.
- Using your rf3 account for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
- Sharing or transferring your account to another party without written consent from rf3.
Rf3 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including account suspension, withdrawal of winnings, or reporting to the relevant authorities.
4. Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All transactions on the rf3 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). No foreign currency conversion is applied for Malaysian users using supported local payment methods.
Supported deposit methods
Rf3 supports deposits via TNG eWallet, FPX (Internet Banking), Maybank, CIMB, and other local Malaysian banks. Deposits are processed automatically and your account balance will be updated within the timeframe specified for your chosen payment method.
Fund withdrawals
Withdrawal requests will be processed to a Malaysian bank account registered in the same name as the rf3 account holder. rf3 reserves the right to verify a user's identity before approving any withdrawal. Winnings obtained using bonuses are subject to the rollover requirements stated in the relevant bonus terms.
Unauthorised transactions
Any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or the use of unauthorised payment methods will be blocked. rf3 reserves the right to freeze accounts and withhold funds during an investigation without prior notice.
5. Liability Limits & Account Policy
Rf3 Liability Limits
Rf3 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform. This includes financial losses resulting from betting or gaming outcomes, service disruptions, or technical issues beyond rf3's control.
Rf3 services are provided "as is" with no guarantee that the platform will always be available, free from errors, or able to meet every user's needs at all times.
Account suspension & closure
Rf3 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including breach of these terms, fraud, illegal activity, platform abuse, or upon request by legal authorities. Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited subject to the outcome of rf3's internal investigation.
Intellectual property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software code, and platform elements on rf3 are the exclusive property of rf3 and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent.
6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Right to amend terms
Rf3 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this page. Users are responsible for reviewing this page periodically. Continued use of the rf3 platform following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Third-party links
The rf3 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. rf3 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Access to third-party sites is entirely at your own risk.
Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of the rf3 platform shall first be resolved through amicable discussion. rf3 encourages users to contact the support team at [email protected] for any enquiries or complaints before pursuing further action.
Should any provision of these Terms & Conditions be found invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be reinterpreted to the minimum extent necessary, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
